The Nani 6660 150 hp diesel engine is cooled by Keel cooling and is housed in a sound proofing box.
The electrical system operates on both 24V and 220V. There are 2 batteries dedicated to the engine (each 80Ah) and 4 lithium batteries of 400Ah, providing a total of 1600Ah! The Fisher Panda Diesel 4200SCB generator is housed in a soundproof cocoon and supplies 220V power during navigation while also recharging the boat's batteries. Additionally, four solar panels (300w each) located on the marquise also contribute to recharging the boat's batteries.

Solid construction in 8mm steel plate, recently built in 2009. The last hull maintenance was carried out in 2013 at the renowned 'l'Allemand' shipyard, with exterior and underwater coatings applied using a two-component epoxy. A marine surveyor monitored and supervised the entire boat construction process until its completion on 19/12/2009. The boat is equipped with a water filtration system for canal water (6 filters + UV sterilization) for all domestic uses (showers, dishwasher, etc.). It has a 600L tank for drinking water, an 800L red diesel tank for heating and powering the generator, and a separate 800L white diesel tank for the engine.

Our couple of owners had this barge built to meet their specific needs - a spacious and perfect boat to live comfortably as a duo. The bespoke interior was carefully designed by our owners and crafted by reputable artisans, including carpenters, electricians, and heating experts. They spared no expense in creating their dream boat and have kept all the construction invoices and maintenance records up to date.
I was impressed by the quality and comfort of the boat's furnishings, from floor to ceiling. Everywhere I looked, the boat gleamed. Clever storage solutions can be found both at the front and rear of the boat. A thoughtful touch by our owners is the absence of sharp corners; all furniture has rounded edges to prevent any accidental bumps.
In the living room, there are four hooks designed to hang hammocks (4 hammocks type armchair or 2 double hammocks for sleeping), transforming the space into a cozy reading corner or two single beds for guests. The open-plan American-style kitchen rivals that of a modern house, with integrated dishwasher, fridge-freezer, and Siemens oven nestled in beautiful carpentry. The spacious sink and large countertop allow hosts to prepare dinner while enjoying the company of guests. There are two induction hobs and a very large gas burner for high-temperature cooking like wok dishes.
Next, there's an intimate rear terrace that comfortably accommodates two to six or eight people. A new modular awning from 2023 allows you to adjust the opening of this terrace and provide shade. An ingeniously concealed wall-mounted vacuum cleaner is also present.
Have you noticed the 7 radiators on this boat? It's no surprise; most of them are placed near curtains and share the same Bordeaux color as them. There's even a radiator located in the bilge that heats the living room parquet! The Geminox oil boiler efficiently distributes heating water to all these radiators, complemented by an electric radiator that imitates a fireplace, ensuring you won't feel cold on a winter night.
This boat is almost like a sedan, with only four steps leading to the front section. There, you'll find the spacious owner's cabin in the bow, toilets on the starboard side, and an immense shower area on the port side. A radiator is thoughtfully placed at the foot of the large 200x160 bed to keep your feet warm in winter. During hot summer nights, the air conditioner, renewed in 2010, and the ceiling fan pointed towards the bed will effectively keep you cool.
Lastly, we have the spacious walk-in shower, and the 200L water heater allows you to enjoy it without rushing. Adjacent to the shower is an immense bathroom cabinet with a basin and nine large drawers that will delight the ladies.
As for headroom, I felt very comfortable on this boat despite my 1.85m height. In the salon and kitchen, the headroom ranges from 1.76m at its lowest to 1.89m at its highest. The toilet area has a height of 1.89m, the cabin 1.94m, the bathroom corridor 1.93m, and the shower 1.92m.

Broker's Comments
Residential Barge with Rare Finish for Sale! Boatshed Midi Canals is pleased to present this unique year-round liveaboard barge, unique in several aspects.
Indeed, this barge was custom-built by our owners with a single objective: to create the perfect boat for a couple's needs. Their main focus was on choosing quality, regardless of the cost, and they have kept all the invoices from the numerous artisans who worked on the boat, from its construction to the present day!
Built with solid 8mm steel and overseen by a Maritime Expert, this barge offers a bespoke interior, fully equipped kitchen, intimate terrace, spacious cabin, and a gigantic shower and bathroom area. It even includes amenities like a dishwasher, washing machine, and dryer – everything you would expect in a luxury apartment, all within a boat under 20 meters (thus no ESTRIN compliance issues)!
On the technical side, there's a soundproofed generator providing 220V power during navigation, recharging the lithium service batteries (1600Ah for the service!). The boat also features four solar panels.
The engine's low air draft allows easy navigation on all of Europe's rivers, with a reasonable fuel consumption of 4 liters per hour (estimated by our owners). This means you'll have apartment-like comfort both at the dock and during navigation!
An absolute must-see!
