Broker's Comments
The Moody 376 was an evolution of the Moody 37 design, identical except for the addition of a bathing platform.
With a beam of over 3.8 meters, the Moody 376 offers excellent all round performance and effortless handling.
On inspection, this vessel presents herself very well and there is a lot of evidence to demonstrate she has been well looked after.
Up on deck there are a few items to be repaired such as the cockpit seats and the spray hood, both of which need some attention. Depending on the offer the owner is prepared to cover the cost of these repairs.
All other areas on deck are in good order and appear to be well maintained.
Internally she has been well looked after; she is both very clean and very tidy.
The galley and saloon are both spacious and well appointed.
The two cabins offer private living/sleeping areas for 2 couples and both benefit from their own heads (toilet and shower).
Of particular note...
- The vessel is fitted with a large 150w solar panel on the Aft cabin deck. She also benefits from having an inverter fitted in order to convert 12v to 240v
- A hot water immersion system is fitted to ensure a good supply of hot water.
- The navigation station is also well equipped and offers a spacious area to plan a passage.
- The cockpit locker is huge and offers plenty of storage space for warps, fenders and general equipment.
She has been ashore for 4 years and due to a change in circumstances she will no longer be used and so is now for sale with Boatshed.com.
