Broker's Comments

A great traditional boat which appears to be in excellent working condition and is currently used as a commercial vessel carrying out daily excursions in the Pagasitikos Gulf area. It has a license for 35 people. The current owners offer a full-service cruise package and offer their guests snacks and drinks helped by the fully equipped kitchen. The decks are spacious and easy to walk around, and the boat's design and style offer a unique cruising experience. There is space for a dinghy with an outboard, a SUP and sea scooters. The SUP and the sea scooters are included in the cruise package and guests are free to use them. The interior has many original features and has three cabins and two toilets.
Looking into its current use the boat covers 30 to 35 miles during each cruise, and its average diesel consumption is about 60 to 65 litres. The net profit margin of the current operation is approximately 25%. Revenues and profit can increase significantly by taking the boat to busier areas which offer longer periods of operation or by increasing the number of guests per cruise. Currently, the owners operate the boat with 25 guests per cruise.
This boat could be a great asset for a new business or a business looking to expand its fleet.
