Broker's Comments

2011 Oceanis 50

Family version, 5-cabin model. 4 cabins inside the main accommodation area plus a crew berth/storage cabin accessible from a bow hatch. Crew berth currently used for storage, could be ideally converted to equipment locker. Main Double cabin in the bow could be converted to a single cabin.

New mast installed 3 years ago after a run-in with the local bridge. Professionally installed mast, spars and rigging from an Oceanis 54. Includes a furling main. The Genoa is a bit short but does not affect the running profile. Main sail is Dacron to the top spar then dynema below. Spare Genoa onboard.

Reinforced Cockpit Floor.
Long Keel option - 6.6 ft draft
New Raymarine Instruments at helm.

Very clean inside and out.

Air-conditioning elements are all present, some assembly required. Small, portable solar panels and win-gen. Currently, no generator.
