Founded by cousins, Clinton and Everett Pearson in 1958 the first fiberglass boat was the 28' TRITON sailing auxiliary that put the company 'on the map'. From the famed Designer Carl Alberg.
During the late 1960's and early 1970's. William Shaw was named general manager of the Pearson Yacht Division. Under Shaw's leadership, Pearson Yachts continued it's rapid growth The product line expanding to include the Pearson 33 which Shaw designed models up to 44 feet. This popular design is Hull #155 which has a shallow draft ideal for exploring the S.Texas Coastal waters. The current owner has made some significant upgrades & improvements to the boat to include new sails & canvas & fresh antifouling paint to the hull in 2017/8.
