A Dutch Tjalk constructed in 1903 and reconstructed from 2010 to 2015 with overplated bottom, new superstructure and complete new mechanical installation and interior fit out. Launched in 2012 after the hull had been shot blasted inside and out before being protected and painted as a preliminary to a quality conversion. Re-conditioned Ford engine fitted. Victron electrical installation. 15 opening double glazed windows. Access from both sides of wheelhouse for convenient navigation and from the rear to the aft deck for convivial entertaining. A gem!

Spacious wheelhouse with opening double-glazed windows. Port & starboard doors for ease of manoeuvres and another door aft to make a convivial terrace area out of the aft deck. Stairs forward to kitchen diner. Four burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, washer dryer, American fridge ( 414 lts) freezer ( 139 lts) with ice maker and chilled water on tap. Forward to shower room to starboard and guest bedroom (presently used as a gym by our vendors) forward again to the WC with electric toilet. Lastly into the owners cabin with walk-round double bed 1.9 x 1.4 and wardrobes and storage everywhere. One of the walk-in wardrobes is destined to be an ensuite WC and another destined to be an ensuite shower room should a new owner wish. The whole living accommodation is centrally heated by a Kabola central heating boiler to radiators, double-glazed and insulated by spayed foam.

Converted from 2010 to 2015 in a concientious and skilled manner using quality materials. Take a look at the photos. Thick parquet floors, solid timber doors, names like Victron, Vetus, Kabola plus the boat was shotblasted inside and out before being prepared for conversion. Over 2 meters of head room in the accommodation, large double glazed windows increase the feeling of space and give light and ventilation. A practical cruising home for France and beyond.
