Broker's Comments
Upon stepping aboard this sunbeam 24 the amount of space and room to move around is immediately apparent.
There is plenty of space within the cockpit with good headroom below the coachhouse roof for the standing helm position.
Walking through the companionway into the saloon you are met with a welcoming seating area for 6, which also converts to a double bed and the saloon table.
The area is very bright with with good lighting and visibility from the large windows that surround you.
Stepping down into the starboard keel there is good size galley with double berth cabin aft and dry storage forward.
On the port side you have the head with dry storage forward and another double berth cabin aft.
The current owner replaced the engine in 2014, with the first service completed at 20 hours in Jan 2015.
The sails were refurbished in 2015 and come complete with lazybag and covers.
The interior is now showing signs of wear and tear and in need of updating but perfectly adequate for a stay aboard.
