Broker's Comments

This is a lovely, well-presented trad stern narrowboat, with a traditional look and feel.

The main cabin is at the stern, directly from the tiller as in a typical "boatman's" layout, with double bed. This then leads to a good sized bathroom with a 1/2 bath, shower, washbasin and toilet.

The galley is a fair size, with full cooker, fridge and washing machine (there's also a dryer in the boatman's cabin) as well as ample storage space in solid wood cabinets.

A comfortable saloon with pull out sofa-bed and stove, leading to the bow/cratch.

The residential mooring may be available with this boat, by separate negotiation.
