Broker's Comments
WILL CONSIDER MOTOR BOAT IN PART-EXCHANGEThe view from the top is impressive, especially as you look down into the flybridge of a Princess 55' a couple of floors below.
On a surprisingly sunny day whilst photographing this Vision of excellence, it was not difficult to imagine being in the Mediterranean at anchor in an isolated bay and with over 7,000 litres of fuel capacity, that thought can easily become a reality.
With a burn rate of only 45 litres per hour at a cruising speed of 10 knots, you have a potential range of close to 1,500 nautical miles.
Although measuring close to 76' feet in length, this is one yacht which can be handled by two people if circumstance dictates thus rendering the comfortable crew accommodation redundant from time to time.
It also means that crew numbers are kept to a minimum for the added benefit of increased privacy.
The maritime equivalent of giving the chauffeur the day off (why should they have all the fun!).
Initially I wondered about the thought behind the skylounge / elevated helm position, however after spending some time aboard detailing the specification and taking the photographs I have to say the penny has dropped.
When on a journey the skipper can be at the helm whilst leaving the main middle deck to the owners and guests to enjoy.
The fact that the galley, dining area, saloon seating and aft deck seating are all on the same level gives the ability to entertain on a much grander scale than would normally be expected aboard a 74' vessel.
Overall the boat is in the sort of condition you might expect for one that has only been in commission for two seasons.
These boat details are subject to contract.
